Structured as a one-time fee, this is the first phase of every engagement. We assess your collection and chart the path.

Advisory

Following collection assessment, advisory is structured as an annual retainer. We act as long-term representation and strategic advisors for your collection and broader art interests.

Transactions

On a performance fee basis, we provide informed access, negotiation, due diligence, and oversight across primary, secondary, and private market acquisitions and divestments.

Stewardship

On a project fee basis, we provide operational stewardship for your collection internationally.

Positioning

On a project fee basis, we shape how your collection is experienced, remembered, and valued — through digital initiatives, exhibitions, publications, institutional partnerships, loans, and cultural programming that strengthen its visibility, context, and long-term position.

Cultural experiences

On a project fee basis, we facilitate private cultural programmes shaped around your collection, interests, and mandate – from la Biennale di Venezia to Art Basel, Contemporary Istanbul to Frieze New York.

FEE STRUCTURE

We offer four engagement tiers — Establishing, Core, Premier, and Bespoke — for collections of differing size and complexity.

Each tier is structured around a one-time collection assessment, advisory through an annual fee, and additional services through performance-based or project fees.
